Customer Product Satisfaction
Thank you for your support at madealilsweet! Every order will be personally tended to, curated, designed and lovingly embroidered by our founder, Maddy. We aim to provide the final product piece closest to the draft provided in terms of alignment, size and colour (some minor discrepancies may be expected) with photo updates along the way. Each product will then be lovingly finalised and tied with a ribbon before packaged in a kraft box and wrapped securely for delivery.
We have a no-refund policy once payment has been made and/or item has been safely received in good condition. In the event that you have received a product that is completely different from the draft provided, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. Madealilsweet apologises for any such potential oversight and will seek to refund vide original method of payment and/or recreate the item for you.
In the event of unforeseen and unfavourable force majuere circumstances that prevent us from being able to produce the items for you within the time described, a notification will be sent to you and a full refund will be processed (for amount already paid) should you not agree to a delay in the production timing and/or change in design patterns.
